What the quote form collects, where it goes, and how to get it deleted. Last updated August 17, 2026.
Whatever you put in the quote form: the property address, what needs cleaning, any photos you attach, your name, the cell number to text your quote to, and an email if you add one. That's it, and every bit of it is there for one reason: to price your job right and get back to you.
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service that relays your request to our inbox and keeps no public copy. From there your quote gets handled by a person, not a database: we look at the photos, measure the property from above, and text you a price.
Photos are used to judge condition and price the job, period. They never get posted, shared, or used in marketing unless you separately say yes.
Text (410) 991-6654 or reply to any email from us and say "delete my info." Your request, photos included, gets deleted. Done.
